A little triathlete in the making ….

When I arrived at Cameron & Mary’s I could instantly tell there was a serious cyclist in the midst.  And the bikes were ‘upstairs’ too!!  Ohhhh you are lucky Cam!! LOL!   But today was a day to capture their beautiful little baby boy ~ Hamish.  Cameron asked if it might be possible to try and take a photo of Hamish in one of his helmets and I loved the idea (wasn’t that confident he would stay asleep but loved the idea!).  The time came for the helmet photo and I carefully lifted Hamish into his new cradle and what do you know….he didn’t flinch!  He stayed sound asleep!  Wow.  That is a photographers dream.  Here are a few piccys of Hamish’s first photo session.

As we travel to some of our clients homes for their newborn sessions we are very lucky that we have the opportunity to get to know them and see some of their interests and tastes.  On this occasion I met the lovely Elsje & Geoff and beautiful little Flynn.  When I walked into their home I could tell they have a definite love for art and later found out that the beautiful paintings that adorned the walls were painted by Eljse herself.  Very talented lady .

As promised here is the gorgeous little Domenic.  Less than 10 days old and he slept so soundly during his first photography session.

Isn’t he just beautiful?!!  They are so tiny for such a short period of time.  If you are interested in a newborn photography session remember to book before you bubby has arrived as it is important to capture these images before they are 10 days old.  You will be surprised how alert they become after two weeks, discovering their new world and familiar voices and surrounds.  For more information on our sessions just click here ~ Session Prices.
